Richard Salter

ADL has been a family owned and run business since 1977 when Richard’s uncle Carl established the dental lab. Later, Carl led ADL’s offshore push establishing relationships with some of the best labs around the world with a focus on capability, quality and service. In 2012 Richard joined ADL bringing his previous experience in Corporate Finance and Digital Marketing to lead the transformation of ADL to the digitally focused lab it is today. Richard’s role as Managing Director at Avant gives him the ability to use his business skills in the everyday running of the lab whilst letting the technical team focus on the quality of the restorations we produce. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.
