Seamless integration

Refine Aligner fits effortlessly into your existing workflow. We accept all intraoral scanner systems or traditional impressions. No need for new equipment or major changes to your practice. Integration is smooth and hassle-free.

Precise movement control

We carefully plan each stage of the aligner to address specific movements. This includes expansion, rotations, IPRs and attachments. Precise control over these design elements ensures effective treatment and improved patient outcomes.

Design approval

We send the proposed treatment plan to the dentist to approve prior to fabrication. Our experienced technicians are here to help with any required adjustments to ensure our dentists achieve the best possible outcome.

Efficient four-step workflow

Our planning process is streamlined into a simple four-step workflow. This reduces the entire process to a two-week timeline. Short turnarounds minimise delays and keep patients happy with timely refinements.

Avant Dental produces aligners in TGA-approved materials and completes a Quality Control check
Patient kit and up to first six stages are delivered to you

What you need to get started

We know that if you want to provide the best possible treatment outcomes, the small details matter. The more information we have, the more accurately we can plan out the movements. That’s why we’ll ask you to provide a few details, including:
Digital – clean intraoral scans from any scanner:
Maxillary scan
Mandibular scan
Bite scan (in MIP or teeth touching)
Manual impressions:
Maxillary impression
Mandibular impression
Bite registration (in MIP or teeth touching)
Photos:
Full face (not smiling)
Full face (smiling)
Profile (not smiling)
Additional information:
Is IPR needed?
Are attachments needed?
What are the patient’s goals with the aligners?

Easy case submission timeline

Week 1 – Sending a case:
1. Take an intraoral scan or a physical impression.
2. Complete an order form and upload the scan or book a pick-up for physical impressions.
Within 2 - 3 working days of receiving the case:
3. Avant Dental reviews your case and provides a treatment plan and a video showing the movement of the treatment for your review and approval.
Week 2:
4. Refine Aligner trays are manufactured from TGA-approved materials and are Quality Control checked.
5. The patient kit (including an aligner case, removal key and chewies) and first few trays are delivered to your practice.
